Once you decide to proceed with us you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will take professional pictures of your property and create an advert that really will attract the best tenants.
Once we have received your enquiries through our portals, we will do relevant checks before carrying out any viewings in order to see if they are suitable. Then we will arrange a time to show the tenant around your property.
Reference Your Potential Tenant
Finding the right tenant is one of the most important things we can do when letting a property. We work hard on this process and will do all the necessary checks to make sure the tenant is suitable.
We will then draft a tenancy agreement for both you and the tenant to sign. As a Propertymark member, you can be assured that our tenancies are up to date and legally compliant.
