Find your new home
We advise viewing a selection of properties to ensure that you find the ideal home for you. When you find the one that is right for you, we will help you secure it.
Making an Application
When you have found a property that is suitable, we will provide you with an application. Once the relevant information has been completed and been accepted by the Landlord, the application fee will be payable. On receipt of this a full reference will be carried out before the tenancy can begin.
The Tenancy Agreement will be drawn up between you and your landlord and will provide you with the terms of your tenancy. It is vital that you read through the agreement thoroughly. We will also provide you with an EPC, Gas Safety Certificate and a 'How to Rent' booklet.
Once you have the Tenancy Agreement you will be required to pay the deposit, which is typically equal to one month's rent but can vary. The deposit will be sent to the Deposit Protection Service. You will also be required to pay the first month's rent upfront before you move in.
We will complete an inventory prior to you moving in. This is important as it is used at the end of your tenancy to check that everything is left in good order, please take time to look through this and make comments where you see fit.
Enjoy your new home and please report any repairs in the repair section of this page.
